What is the client to do when an attorney withdraws their services from the case? How long do they have to find a replacement?
What is the client to do when an attorney withdraws their services from the case? How long do they have to find a replacement?
It is a civil case where custody is involved. Plaintiff’s Attorney removed themselves stating it caused her (the attorney) a financial hardship because their client wanted to deal directly with the purchase antibiotics online defendent (child’s father) instead of going through her.
