Is it typical to be asked to sign a power of attorney when trading in a car?

They are asking for a form to be signed, titled “Power of attorney to sign for owner when registering and/or transferring ownership of a motor vehicle”…. I don’t feel comfortable Viagra buy cheap giving this dealership the right to sign FOR me.

How Do I Go About Getting A Special Power Of Attorney?

My fiance is going overseas and I need a special power of attorney so I can register his vehicle and pay his bills while he’s gone. I’ve never had one of these before, how do I go about getting one? Does it have to be done through a lawyer or is it just a notarized form?
