You can download POA forms, and all other types of legal forms from the internet. Some are free, and some you have to buy. Just search for “North Carolina power of attorney forms” in a search engine. I bought a POA form for about $6 because it was for something very important, and I have it stored as a Word doc on my computer (it’s for another state).
Even better, go to a bookstore and look in the section on legal books, and you will probably find a book of legal forms which will include POA’s. Either buy the book, or just copy (transcribe) the document, and go home and type it up on your computer. As long as it has the basic legal elements to it, it will work. You can so the same for a sample form that you find on the internet.
