Can I Give Someone Power Of Attorney In Order To Get My Vehicle Title?
I don’t have a state issued picture ID, (lost wallet in car accident.)
I want to get my a replacement title for the insurance company and can’t afford to wait for my replacement ID cards.
If my father has power of attorney can he get the title the same way I would?
If you happen to know, what specific power of attorney form do we need for the state of TX? (I know these can be picked up from a legal printing store, filled out, notarized and filed to the county clerk before they can take effect)
Thanks!
